ChemProX is an early warning chemical detector that provides fast response and reliable measurement results. Since no consumables are required for detection, and due to its compact size, ChemProX is the ideal tool for field use, enabling any team to detect and classify CWA´s & TIC´s.
Based pm am over 35-year experience, ChemProX was developed together with First Response and Military professionals för enabling full situational-awareness during field operations through a very intuitive User Interface and built-in wireless connectivity.
Operatiors are not alone in th field, therefore shared real-time location and detection information between the team members and the Command Centre can be crucial for a successful result.
Proven Technology for Reliable Early Warning Field Detection ChemProX core technology is based in Bertin Environics´strong experience on orthogonal chemical detection.This early-warning chemical detector’s performance relies on an unique and enhanced open-loop Ion Mobility Spectrometry (IMS) technology.
ChemProX benefits from new additional sensors which increase reliability and allow the detection of an even wider range of chemical agents.
Unique Trend Display for Locating Unknown Chemical Threats Designed by experts, targeted to common users, ChemProX´s user interface is graphical and intuitive. ChemProX features an unique real-time trend display which allows for chemical surveillance, warning the operator for areas with higher concentration of hazardous compounds, even before it reaches alarm triggering levels. When the detector alarmes, the type of chemical threat is clearly indicated and the user does not need to interpret the results.
In addition, with the information provided by the built-in GPS, the user interface also displays the geolocation of each ChemProX user involved in the operation. Real-time location and alarms are shared between the team members and the Command Centre.
The user interface also features an embedded chemical database an instructions.
Training Mode
ChemProX features a double usage possibility for both real an simulated situations, discarding the need for extra training devices or expensive simulators, ChemProX has a built-in situation mode, allowing different kinds of realistic training scenarios without endangering the users.
Alarms can be simulated by using built-in monitoring and training software. This Mobile C&C and Training Software (CCT) allows the instructor to create alarms to his team and mark areas of the map as hazardous Zones.
Built-in Wireless Connectivity
ChemProX is the only chemical detector of its class with built in connectivity features which allow for real-time full situational-awareness.
Itsdetection network is expandable up to 10 detectors per group, and featuring a secure data transmission by radio, which is complemented and expanded by a WLAN connection.
ChemProX establishes the communication between each team member and the Command Centre.
